The Effects
S&C made the biggest difference to my fencing when I became a full time athlete in 2005. Without making any other major changes to my training regime, in less than 12 months I went from approximately 400th in the world rankings into the top 100
Below are some examples of the type of exercises we do in the gym as well as a few old S&C session plans from different training phases.
